Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Jigsaw Solitaire Ultra ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on your personal device(s)
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and play the game in accordance with these Terms

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

If the app allows you to submit content (e.g., usernames, profile customization):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store such content
• You represent that you have the right to submit such content
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

Game Rules and Conduct

Fair Play

• Play the game honestly and in accordance with standard solitaire rules
• Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features for unfair advantage
• Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities to us

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior (if app includes social features)
• Impersonation of others
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Any activity that disrupts others' enjoyment of the app

App Availability and Changes

No Warranty of Availability

• We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time

Updates and Modifications

• We may release updates, patches, or new versions

Ad-Free Experience

We do not currently offer a paid, ad-free version of the app. The app is provided free of charge and supported by advertising revenue.

Internet Connection Required

An active internet connection is required to load and display advertisements. Some app features may not function properly without internet connectivity.

Termination

Effect of Termination

• You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content

• Apple is not responsible for addressing user claims regarding the app
